Checkout flow to buy League of Legends cheats and get access

First time buyer here. How do I buy and get access - do I get loader access instantly after checkout?

I also want to make sure I grab this League of Legends license and not the wrong product. Can someone link the right page so I do not get access to something I did not mean to buy?
